Dark inky purple coats the glass due to the 10 day cold soak, extended maceration and 21 days on the skins.  Aromas of white pepper, allspice, black currant, truffle, cigar box, black berry and mocha with hints of truffles. 

This is full bodied Syrah, decant before having, one this big, inky syrah opens up, the mouth feel is silky and firm.  Flavors of black currant, chocolate, and black berries elegantly dance on the palate leading to a long finish, great acidity with notes of chocolate. 

Unfined/Unfiltered, organic farming, only 225 cases produced.  Quality winemaking, letting nature do its thing, minimal processing.  Drink now or cellar up to 5-7 years.
